The Hawaii Venture Capital Association counts entrepreneurs, angel investors, institutional investors, business owners, legal and financing specialists, university faculty and government representatives among its corporate and individual members.
Membership is open to the public. HVCA is member supported and its board of directors and officers volunteer their services. HVCA is a not-for-profit business club designated as a 501(c)6 corporation. Your membership dues are tax deductible.
Application
You can apply for membership in HVCA online or click here to download an application you can send in by mail or fax. HVCA uses PayPal for online payments. Founded in 1998, PayPal, an eBay Company, enables any individual or business with an email address to securely, easily and quickly send and receive payments online.

About the HVCA
The Hawai'i Venture Capital Association (HVCA) was organized and formally incorporated in December of 1988.
HVCA's mission is to educate entrepreneurs about best practices in starting and financing a business. Our networking function gives entrepreneurs a chance to meet potential investors, strategic partners and service providers that can assist them in achieving success.
Cost of Membership
Individual Annual Membership: $100.00
Small Business Annual Membership: $250.00
Corporate Annual Membership: $500.00
Sustaining Annual Membership: $1000.00
Small Business and Corporate membership allows for three individuals representing the member firm to attend functions at the member rate.
Payment
You can pay your dues online or by check. For online payment, HVCA uses PayPal, a secure payment service that lets you use any credit card to pay your annual dues.
